Quick, Fast & Easy Mashed Potato




What you need:
Potatoes
Milk
Seasoning
(e.g. salt, pepper, Italian seasoning)
Parsley flakes (optional)

How to proceed:
1. Split each clean & unpeeled potato into two parts.
2. Put the potatoes in a lunch box with lid then microwave until it becomes soft and tender.
3. When the potatoes are done, pinch them to easily peel the potatoes.
4. Mash the potatoes, add some seasonings and milk until reached desired consistency.

ps. You can add extra butter if you like :)

Much easier and faster than boiling the potatoes :)
