Floraboranica
The first time I "touched base" with Florabotanica was around 2012 when the words that Kristen Stewart is the spokesperson of Florabotanica, I was suddenly itching to get one for myself. It's not available in Indonesia (well, not surprising) but at that time I was leaving for school abroad so I figured I could get it there.
Fast forward to fall 2012. I went on a weekend trip to Paris and actually planning to get several for myself as well as for some friends who asked me to get it for them. I even memorize the map and such ;p I went to Nocibe since they have a special promotion for Florabotanica.
As I strolled alongside Rue St. Honore (and filled with amazement that is every high-end designers boutique known to man), I saw Balenciaga Store, stopped by it, and took some picture. They sell Florabotanica there, but like, $30 more expensive than the RRP. Oh-uh, no bueno.
Two intersections ahead and some more amazing boutiques (no I didn't enter any if you're wondering -- only stop for pictures) plus the help of google map (brilliant invention), I arrived at Nocibe.
While French aren't actually known for their hospitality (no offense, really) the shop assistants were actually pretty pleasant. I went back with several Florabotanica perfumes, and some freebies including Christian Dior star chain. And the price -it's still expensive- but probably one of the cheapest price of Florabotanica I've ever encountered to date (2104).
The first time I smelled Florabotanica, I was taken back by how 'unsweet' the perfume is. I think I really used to those sweet celebrity fragrance and this isn't like that at all. It has a mixed-florally scent with hint of freshness.

Carnation, Wild Mint, Turkish Rose Essence, Hemp Leaves, Vetiver Roots, White Amber.
I feel this is very wearable daily. I know for a fact that wearing this scent is a compliment guaranteed. The scent last all day and the day after. Or more than three days if you put the clothes you're spraying into in your closet. I know our body's chemistry plays a part of this. Spray it once, take a walk, and experience Florabotanica.
